Welcome to Inoxel. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.inoxel.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Prices for products are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and details as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.
  • In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing/product information.
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor(s) at the time of order. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Site.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Final sale items, opened personal care products, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Inoxel or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
